Sheila Allen

"I love to help others thrive in their own healthy self-esteem, resilience, confidence, perseverance, transformation & inner strength. My goal is to help those around me grow in grace; to find peace in chaos; to stay calm in any storm. These are just some of the personal benefits that yoga has given me in my life & I am blessed to pass these benefits on to others. ."

Sharon Campbell

""My yoga journey began at the ripe, young age of 62. I was fortunate enough to be spending several months in Hawaii when l discovered the gift of yoga.

Upon leaving Hawaii to return to my small, rural community, l had very little hope of finding a yoga studio as "magical" as my Hawaiian studio. Boy, was l wrong! From the first time I walked in the door at CatFit yoga, saw the glowing smiles from co-owners Cat and Lauren, the energy,

so warm and welcoming, l knew l had found my "Hawaiian studio " right here in Crossville, TN. I was thrilled!"

Joyce Galloway

"

"I love scuba diving and being under the water with my fishy friends. Like yoga, scuba diving focuses on one key factor: continuous flow and steady breathing.

I enjoy teaching students the importance of breath with movement, helping them to have that calm mind and body connection on and off the mat.

A fun fact about me is that I'm a typical introvert. Being an introvert, I feel isn't an obstacle to becoming a yoga instructor. I've learned from experience when I lead with my own voice, even when it's quietly confident people pay attention. I feel my introvert qualities of sensitivity and compassion allow my students to view me as trustworthy. I sense my student’s energy and I'm able to listen attentively".

"I began yoga 18 years ago when my wife spontaneously signed us up for classes.  I resisted at first, but then quickly fell in love with the challenges of the physical journey.  The mind connection crept into my consciousness almost imperceptibly in the coming years and now is an integral part of my practice.  Yoga keeps me centered in my busy life.  It's great for the body and the mind!"

I love how my mat accepts me for me no matter where I’m at in my everyday life or yoga practice.”

Marty Robbins

I enjoy competing...karate, boxing, running, and other fitness activities. I want to make sure, as I age, I keep a good healthy quality of life. Yoga is a main component for that goal. It has added numerous years of higher than expected levels of competition for me. It has given me an avenue to help other get health and movement into their lives. It also gives me a vehicle to reach out to others and encourage them to focus on their health, both mentally and physically which for me, helps emotionally as well.
