This is a mixed-level class that combines hatha and vinyasa style flows. Instructors will offer pose modifications to fit your body's needs.
While the basic structure of the class is designed as mixed level, you can make the class as gentle or as challenging as you like.
Yin yoga stretches the connective tissues in the body and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system by holding yoga postures from 3-10 minutes. This class is appropriate for any skill level. Props and modifications are used as needed to make each pose accessible.
Gentle Yoga + Yin
Begin class with slow yin poses to open the body, followed by a gentle vinyasa flow. Yin yoga is a style of yoga that moves at a slower pace. Yin poses are held longer than in traditional yoga flows, sometimes using a chair as our main prop. The first part of this class will focus on yin poses (stretches held up to 5 minutes) to stretch the connective tissues: the tendons, fascia and ligaments to increase circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. The second half of the class is gentle flowing vinyasa yoga designed to free the energy in our bodies. This class is designed for any level.
This vinyasa flow class is appropriate for a wide range of student abilities and experience. The class moves at a medium pace and focuses on keeping your body in motion while focusing on proper pose alignment.
Enjoy a complete, total body workout within 60 minutes! This class will tone and sculpt your body by combining yoga and light weights to improve your muscle strength and flexibility at the same time.
Rock and roll out your mat! This class is a beginner level vinyasa class, set to rock music. Class is designed for beginners though experienced yogis are welcome! Have fun with this laid back, rockin' class.

Set to upbeat music, this class focuses on postural strength and alignment. Light weights and isometrics are incorporated into a series of upper body exercises for strength building. We often use a chair or the wall during the workout to help you improve your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Then it is down to the mat for core work and a relaxing and invigorating final stretch. Just like yoga, no shoes are needed!
This 60 minute bodyweight workout will get your heart rate up while strengthening your upper body, lower body, and core. BRING SHOES to run or walk in case instructor wants to exercise outside!
